How to Cancel Your Subscription?

If you are experiencing any issues with your DigiFam Mobile service, you can always contact support@DigiFam.com for a swift reply. |

However if you would like to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below. |

1. Login to Your Customer Portal |
|
Go to www.DigiFam.com > “My Login” and enter your DigiFam User Details |
|
Then click on “My Account” > “Billing Account” > “Billing” |
|
2. Access Your Billing Account |
|
You will be taken to another page that contains your billing information |
|
Click on “Subscriptions” |
|
Click “Cancel” |
|
Finally, confirm Cancellation |
