Iphone Preparation Guide

This guide will provide you with step by step instructions in order to protect SaferK from unwanted uninstallation

Step 1: On your child’s Iphone select Settings Icon. The settings screen as seen below opens. Select the Screen Time Option

Step 2: Click on Turn On Screen Time

Step 3: Click on Continue.

Step 4: Click on This Is My Phone.

Step 5: Click on Use Screen Time Passcode

Step 6: Enter and confirm a password rgar only Parent knows (don’t tell the child).

Step 7: Click on Content & Privacy Restrictions option

Step 8: Turn on Content & Privacy Restrictions

Step 9: Select iTunes & App Store Purchases and select Always Require

Step 10: Click on Deletimg Apps option

Step 11: Select Don’t Allow

Step 12: You can now begin the DigiFam Mobile Installation process

How to install SaferK on your child’s IOS device

Step 1: Download the DigiFam App and Register as a New Customer, or login if you are already a customer.

Select the Mobile menu and scan the QR Code. See the example below.

This will upload your subscribtions onto the mobile menu in order to activate your child’s device

Step 2: On the Mobile menu on the iKycs App, slect Activate a Vhild’s Device.

Step 3: Enter the mobile number of the child’s device and click Continue.

Step 4: The child’s device will receive an SMS which contains a link

Step 5: When you click the link, it will bring you to the App Store to download the NRCP Agent called SaferK.

Step 6: 1st screen outlines the preparation tasks.

Step 7: You then Accept the Terms and Conditions.

Step 8: Allow location access to use Geolocation feature.

Step 9: Allow camera access to scan QR Code.

Step 10: Parent / Legal Guardian confirms that SaferK will monitor this device by clicking Allow.

SaferK is now installed and you can begin to use DigiFam Mobile Service.
