How do I block Internet access?

You can stop your child from accessing the Internet at any time with these simple steps:

Using your DigiFam app…

In the WIFI tab or Mobile tab, click on the device that you want to block

Click the Internet Access button from ON to OFF

Click the Save button (checkmark, top right hand corner)

Internet Access is ON

Internet Access is OFF

Using your DigiFam Customer Portal…

Select the device you wish to block

In the ‘Device Info‘ tab, Toggle the ‘Internet Access‘ status to No Network Access
