How to Cancel Your Subscription?

If you are experiencing any issues with your DigiFam Mobile service, you can always contact support@DigiFam.com for a swift reply.

However if you would like to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below.

1. Login to Your Customer Portal

Go to www.DigiFam.com > “My Login” and enter your DigiFam User Details

Then click on “My Account” > “Billing Account” > “Billing”

2. Access Your Billing Account

You will be taken to another page that contains your billing information

Click on “Subscriptions”

Click “Cancel”

Finally, confirm Cancellation
