| If you have followed the steps and the QR code still will not scan, do the following: |
| Check that your phone’s camera lens is clean! |
| If not, then clean it according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and try to scan the QR code again. |

| Check that the QR code does not have any obstructions and is clearly visible for your phone’s camera to scan |
| Scanning from a screen? |
| Scanning the QR code on a computer screen? Make sure that the screen is clean and free of smudges, etc. |
| Print out the QR code |
