How do I reset my PIN?
Your PIN is a 4 digit number that you use to login to your DigiFam App or DigiFam Customer Portal. |
If you forget your PIN or need to reset it, you can do so using either the DigiFam app or the DigiFam Customer Portal. |
Just follow these steps: |
Using the DigiFam App: |
Open the DigiFam app on your phone |
Click Login |
Click on the text link beneath the Login button (see image below): |
‘Forgotten your login details? Get help with signing in’ |
Enter the email address registered to your DigiFam account |
You will then receive an email with instructions on resetting your PIN. |
Using the DigiFam Customer Portal: |

‘Reset PIN ‘ |
Enter the email address registered to your DigiFam account |
You will receive an email with instructions on resetting your PIN. |

Don’t forget that your DigiFam account has 1 PIN and 2 passwords associated with it. |
PIN: You PIN is the 4 digit code that, along with your email address, gives you access to your DigiFam Parent app and DigiFam Customer Portal. You use these to manage your kids’ devices. |
Billing Account Password: Your Billing Account password is automatically generated for you when you purchase a product from the DigiFam online store. You receive your username and password for your Billing Account in an email when you make your online purchase. Your Billing Account lets you manage, for example, your subscription to DigiFam Mobile (if you have purchased this service). You can access your Billing Account via the DigiFam Customer Portal. |
DigiFam Network Password: Your DigiFam Network Password is the WIFI password that your kids’ devices use to access your safe DigiFam WIFI network at home. This is defaulted to ‘DigiFamwifi’ when you purchase DigiFam WIFI Home or Pro. You can always change this in your DigiFam Customer Portal once you have registered your DigiFam device. |
