How to Uninstall DigiFam Mobile
If you would like to uninstall DigiFam Mobile from your child’s device, please follow the simple steps below. |

1. Uninstallation; |
Login to your Customer Portal. Go to www.DigiFam.com > “My Login” |
Go to the ‘Mobile Devices” page |
Select the Device you wish to uninstall the DigiFam Mobile Service |
Click the ‘Uninstall’ button |

You will be prompted “Are you sure you want to uninstall this device?”. Confirm by clicking on “Send confirmation Code” |

2. Verify; |
You will be emailed a secure verification code |
Check your email for the code |
Enter the code in the pop up menu on your customer portal |

Click “Uninstall’ to complete uninstalling DigiFam Mobile. |
You have now enabled your child device to uninstall SaferK from their device. |
